Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a wide range of systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, including managing backups and implementing disaster recovery solutions.
  • Provide end-user support and technical training for internal teams.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support services.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and incidents for internal records.
  • Install, configure, and manage Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Perform regular updates, patch management, and system security audits.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows environments, including end-user systems and servers.
  • Configure and manage permissions, roles, and resources for Windows environments.
  • Install, configure, and manage VMware environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machines.
  • Monitor virtualization resources, optimize performance, and manage capacity planning.
  • Troubleshoot virtualization issues, including VM backups and replication.
  • Assist in the implementation of high-availability clusters and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Support LAN/WAN environments, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support services.
