Job Description

IT Service Desk- Kuwait/ Immediate JoinersA. Accountabilities:

  • Provide support in a technical Help Desk environment.
  • Provide user training experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to gather user information, assess and fulfill user needs, educate the user and document communication.
  • Diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware and software).
  • Ability to work under the pressure of high volumes of user calls and emails.
