We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Duties and Responsibilities:-Establish and implement strategies for all technical personnel-Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects-Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel-Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects-Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives-Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation-Create project plans with relevant team members.-Prepare progress reports for senior management-Oversee the implementation of project improvements-Create Timeline for the projects and keeping track of the deadlines-Attend meetings with the tech team and prepare minutes of the meetingSkillsQualifications:-Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience-Strong business acumen in project planning and management-Strong verbal, written, and organizational skillsRequirements:-Candidate must be in Kuwait-Can join immediately
