Job Description

Job Role:Product specialists monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long/short-term product development and marketing. Works with a number of team members, like engineers and those in marketing, to give their in-depth knowledge of products versus the current competition out in the market.Job Responsibilities:Building Product:

  • Conducting market research and analyzing trends, performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering team.
  • Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating and strategizing with the business and engineering teams.
  • Maintain complete documentation for all product-related activities.
Shipping Product :
  • Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
  • Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
Product Announcement:
  • Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Support marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
