Responsible for smooth bank?s Business procurements activities to supply required IT material/services, through implementing effective policies and procedures and maintaining a strong relationship with a wide range of reputable vendors and suppliers.
Process and analyze IT business requisitions of material/services received from departments to determine the appropriate method& strategy of procurement in line with the Procurement Policies& Procedures.
Prepare and issue IT purchase orders, tenders, RFQs, RFPs and obtain required approvals, and submit it to the suppliers for actions as well as record all procurement documentation and price lists properly
Coordinate with the suppliers regarding delivery, quality, etc. to ensure that all required materials, supplies, and equipment are provided and delivered on time.
Liaise with the stakeholders, vendors, internal departments for delivery, and coordinate with the suppliers pertaining to the damaged and returned items.
Manage and Maintain purchasing records to ensure business continuity
Manage all inquiries are resolved in a correct and timely manner.
