Setting up proper plans for new hardware installments and/or required upgrades.
Installing & configuring hardware and software components, including desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and networking devices.
Providing technical support to end-users of identify, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software & networking.
Repairing and replacing Hardware devices as necessary
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Setting up and maintaining network connectivity, including configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
Conducting regular system maintenance activities, including backups, updates, and security patches.
Creating and maintaining documentation related to system configurations, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Assisting in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures, including security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
