A Kuwaiti leading insurance company offering extensive range of products and services including Fire, General Accidents, Marin, Aviation, Motor, Life and Medical.General description:Design, develop, operate and maintain information systems, create databases, provide technical and technological support to all the computerized systems in the company, keeping abreast of the development in the information technology field, developing the capacities of the company and its staff in suing the internet for communication, performance of works and marketing.Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze the needs of information systems and required databases, design and develop the systems to fulfill these needs, offer the required technical support.Prepare and control the secret systems used for the computer and ensure their efficiency.Develop and update databases and conduct the required tests for operating and maintaining them.Develop the work systems and procedures and keep the company documents.Generalize the use of information technology and systems, train employees in the beneficiary organizational units on them.Ensure the quality and accuracy of the collection and classification of information related to the information technology systems used in the company, their application and efficiency of the technical staff operating on them.Offer technical assistance to the organizational units of the insurance processes, as well as the administrative, financial and secretarial works at the company.Supervise the operation of all information systems with high efficiency and laying down the policy to guarantee the continuous efficient operation of the systems.Develop and update databases and conduct the required tests to operate and maintain them.Laying down the policy for protecting the company equipment and data against any possible incident to which they may be exposed.Laying down and executing the computer applications policy and protecting the confidentiality of information.Assisting in acquiring information systems and hardware by conducting technical comparisons.Undertaking any other tasks related to the job.
