Job Description

Do you have experience effectively running an IT department by combining excellent technology knowledge and amazing interpersonal skills? We are looking for you!Our client is a private multi-specialty hospital in Kuwait. Their 110 bed facility offers both inpatient and outpatient services that cover a wide range of medical and surgical specialties. Their 1,000 healthcare professionals work together to provide essential health care services in inpatient, outpatient and a specialized department for Essential Wellness within the concept of Integrative Medicine.

  • Maintain organizations effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies;
  • Manage information technology and computer systems;
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations;
  • Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance;
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures;
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems;
  • Act in alignment with user needs and manage helpdesk functionality;
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time;
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes;
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures;
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements;
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; managing purchasing and materials; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
