To review the companys Information Technology (IT) requirements from an operational and strategic perspective.Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing Management Reports, new reports and modifying logic as per the individual department/user requirements.
Responsible for developing audit tools in CDK/Keyloop as reports for Internal Auditors.
First Point of Contact for CDK/Keyloop after Sales for both Parts & Service, Sales, CRM & Call Centre modules.
Resolve problems & assist users with the proper usage of CDK/Keyloop tools.
Responsible for creating new users on CDK/Keyloop and assigning relevant parameter selections.
Manage & create Accounting setup as and when needed.
Provide support on accounts-related issues to the Accounts team and CFO.
Assigning print spoolers to the CDK/Keyloop user ID & to their terminals
Responsible for setup printing spooler configuration to the CDK/key loop user IDs & to their terminals.
Manage the upload of Parts price files and run all related reports to update in stock file.
Assist users in understanding their business issues and develop new reports with parameters through an IT approval process.
Log calls with CDK/Keyloop support system for unresolved issues and provide solutions.
Train users on existing and new functionalities, mainly focusing on after Sales.
