Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our companys IT systems, infrastructure, and network. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arise and providing support to our internal staff. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in IT engineering and be familiar with a variety of hardware and software systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure.Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and servers.
  2. Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  3. Monitor and manage network performance, ensuring the availability and reliability of all IT systems.
  4. Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems.
  5. Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement new technologies and systems.
  6. Create and maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT engineering.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  4. Experience with network administration and security.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
