This position will be responsible for monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues associated with a range of hardware and software systems. Manage our company's computer infrastructure. In addition, the responsibilities also including upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks.Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:General administration of Servers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IP Phones, Smartphones, Security Updates and PatchesMaintaining network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendorsSecuring network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluationCreate and Manage Users, Mailboxes, defining User Quotas etc.Manage Google workspace & Office 365.Installation and configuration of IP CCTV systems, Biometric ZkTeco Device implementation and associated Access Control Systems.Implementation of Backups and windows restoreSupport LANs, WANs, network segments, and Internet systems.Installation of operating systems and configuring the peripherals and drivers.Diagnosing Hardware problems of printers and installation of network printersTechnical Support to local users and on-call users from other branches across GCC.Installation, maintenance and support of LANReports of Periodic Maintenance Audit for Desktops, Laptops, Printers.Hands-on experience in restaurant system setup.Install and manage Oracle MICROS POS and kitchen systems.Experienced in managing DNS and website hosting services.Knowledge of Oracle Applications is an advantage.Knowledge of restaurant setup and the required POS system network.SkillsSkills:IT Hardware & Networking, CCNA, MCP/MCITP (Optional)Able to follow instructions and manage time effectivelyGood written and verbal English communication skills.
