Responsibilities:? Establish, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the named strategic key accounts.? Be the Companys IoT market expert for the region, spotting and capitalizing on trends.? Proactively develop new relationships across the key accounts in Oil & Gas Sector.? Build relationships with key people and manage their perceptions and high expectation.? Identify new opportunities for business growth and highlight them to Director and CEO.? Establish plans to increase revenues/profit from the existing named key accounts.? Manage account receivable of the account not exceeding 60 days and maximize profit.? Generate and update weekly pipeline to reflect accurate information to management.? Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.? Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all submitted proposals/tenders.? Insures meeting or exceeding all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.? Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.? Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.Qualifications:? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, IT or telecommunication engineering, or a similar discipline? 7-10 years of business management experience in a related industry (IT).? Fluent in English and Arabic? Ability to write proposals (Technical & Financial)? Experience in establishing partnerships with global IT vendors? Proficiency in Sales techniques? Persuasion & Negotiation? Sales oriented? Strong Communication and presentation skills? Preferably worked in Oil & Gas Sector? Kuwait National
