Job Description

Along with Master?s degree and investment-specific certifications (preferred, but not mandatory). The Investment Managers role requires strong communication and research skills and an ability to analyze and interpret industry trends that leads to new opportunity generation.Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sources attractive investment opportunities that fit the company mandate through networking, attending investments/technology related events.
  2. Performs high level assessment for financial model and the business plan.
  3. Provides concept paper recommendation to the Investment Review Committee for final decision.
  4. Conducts the operational due diligence such as analysis for the executive team, market opportunities and company?s solutions.
  5. Follows up on the performance of the new investment to make sure it is performing as per standards.
General Conditions:1.˙˙Solid understanding of deal structuring and VC/PE term sheets and due diligence process.2.˙˙Demonstrate strong competencies in understanding of ICT sector, space, and updated with market trend and regional transactions.3.˙˙Ability to evaluate both direct opportunities and fund investments.4.˙˙Held a previous position in a board of directors for companies with similar business stream.5.˙˙Hold a master?s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a discipline of Communication Engineering and Information Technology.
