Supervising warehouse staff and warehouse daily activities.
Manage the daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inspecting, and ensuring all documentations are accurate and available.
Ensuring daily inventory transactions are accurately logged. This also includes overseeing reconciliation activity.
Responsible for the care, use and maintenance of tools used in the warehouse and other materials moving equipment and racking.
Reporting any shortage and damaged goods to Warehouse Manager
Preparing all necessary reports for daily inventory count and reporting all discrepancies.
Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage of products.
Checking products received, inventory level, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
Monitor receiving and maintain inventory control within the store by following established store security standards
Supervise Sweeping and cleaning warehouse floors keeping walkways clean and free of content and debris
Supervise the stock reconciliation to ensure inventory is ordered when needed and products availability
