ABYATShuwaikh, Al Asimah, Kuwait (On-site)Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesHandling Damage Investigation:They are responsible for investigating the list of repeated handling damages (including replacement transactions) based on the communicated list sent by the Inventory Controlling Manager on every Sunday. They shall submit their observations along with evidences (Photos and Videos) maximum on every Wednesday morning.Review and verify all blocking transactions:They are responsible for checking (physically) all blocked transactions within the premises they are controlling. This shall include: Handling damages, Inbound damages, leftovers, storage failure damages and Manufacturing defects. Also, they shall be responsible for verify and check all stocktaking transactions. Their responsibility shall be extended to ensure that there is no unblocked defected/damaged article as well as ensuring all evidences (photos / videos) are attached to blocking transactions.Verify Manufacturing Defects and collect evidences:Upon detection (whether during inbound, outbound and/or replacement orders), they shall ensure having 100% inspection of the quantity on hand of defected articles, in case defect is repeated. However, inspection process is the responsibility of Logistics department.They are responsible for identifying the cause of defect and to classify incidents accordingly, so that Claim Manager (Mohammed Aref) can act accordingly.Monitor customer returns:They shall be responsible for inspecting customer returns to stand on their condition and whether they are repairable or not. They shall be responsible for directing logistics team to execute following action (Scrap, put-away on shelves or send to Recovery Center).Attending frequent scrapping process:They are responsible for attending frequent scrapping process and ensure smashing and disposition with evidences as usual.Oversee and monitor housekeeping activities:They are responsible for overseeing housekeeping activities and report for any wrong practice or storage failure on time to the inventory Controlling Manager.Oversee and monitor inbound & outbound activities:Infrequently, they are responsible for attending inbound and outbound activities to ensure the compliance with inspection requirements, noting that inspection is a genuine responsibility of Logistics Department and must be carried out by them.Also, they shall be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of loading and offloading activities, and report for any nonconformities.Oversee and monitor quarantine areas:They shall be responsible for monitoring the quarantine areas of all damages and defects and ensure their evacuation on a frequent basis, and ensure that articles included are fully blocked.Communicate and follow-up disciplinary actions related to process failure / non-compliance.
