Job Description

Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for completing cycle counts, exception reports, and audits as directed, in order to ensure successful control over Al-Hajery?s Inventory, in line with set Policies & Procedures.

  • Maintain the company?s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
  • Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital.
  • Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
  • Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs and maximize working capital.
  • Ensure work orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock have been allocated to the job correctly.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon computer-monitored suggested re-order listing and assist in conducting complete physical inventory count annually (or as requested).
  • Operate indoor and heavy duty outdoor forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment, to properly handle materials being received, issued, stocked, and picked.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
  • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved, as requested from Direct Manager
