Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamicÿIT Recruiterÿto join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, and delivering top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
  • Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the organization.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring the availability of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters or HR assistants, supporting their professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, company policies, and best practices during the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company?s image in the talent market.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
