Job Title: ICT Support Associate SpecialistReport To: ICT Support Department ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesObtain and manage all ICT solutions that facilitates communication, data saving, and data security, in addition to trapshooting ICT problems that are faced by users.Infrastructure Assist in managing infrastructure requirements and perform monthly audit, including: a. Internal network b. MS Office 365 products c. Cloud storage ? MS Azure d. Internet connectivity e. Computers f. Printers Software Assist in supervising the functionality of all software in place either with vendors or internal beneficiaries, for example but not limited to: a. Aswaq financial software ? on premise b. Mena-Tech HR software ? on premise c. MS Dynamics 365 Sales ? cloud d. MS Dynamics 365 Operations ? cloud e. MS Dynamics 365 Finance ? cloud f. MS SharePoint ? cloud Cybersecurity Assist in managing cybersecurity requirements, such as internal cybersecurity software ? Fortinet, Symantec Endpoint Security etc. Assist in managing, reviewing, and renewing contracts with local and international ICT vendors. Provide ICT support to users in their day-to-day activities. Assist in preparing periodic reports (as per the approved system). Perform any other tasks as assigned to them by direct manager.
