Be responsible for the IBS (Passive/Active DAS) project field technical management.
Manage the field subcontractors, validate survey reports, ensure site implementation quality.
Supervise the field work and provide the required training (if needed) for the field subcontractors, ensure the subcontractors? work meets Huawei & customer standards.
Understand the design, collaborate with the design team and subcontractors, and be responsible for the successful application of Huawei design on site.
