A reputed Investment Holding Group in Kuwait is looking for hiring of following position:Resources Executive:

For;Resource planning and recruitment process including resumes review, short listing and conducting initial interview
Orientation and on-boarding process for newly recruited candidates
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
Implementing and administering the Performance Management System in coordination with management
Planning Training and Development activities in line with Performance Management
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Processing of monthly payroll and its timely closing
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Maintaining all HR records pertaining to employees in HRMS
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks in coordination with Administration function
