Conduct regular inspections of staff accommodations and work areas to identify potential non-compliance issues.
Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures in line with AMG objectives and standards.
Design training programs to provide health, safety and environment awareness.
Conduct risk assessments and advise on necessary preventive and corrective measures.
Regularly inspect safety equipment.
Organize and lead safety training sessions for all employees, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety protocols.
Promote safe practice at the job site and enforce safety guidelines.
Collaborate with management and HR to integrate health and safety functions within operational procedures.
Monitor and control all HSE related matters with team members in ensuring that all works in compliance with the project requirements, as applicable.
Prepare regular reports detailing health and safety incidents, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Coordinate with AMG ITD to set up the EHS Hotline system.
Respond promptly to any reported concerns or incidents (through the Hotline), ensuring swift resolution and implementation of preventive measures. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss events to determine causes and prevent recurrences.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including organizing fire drills and other emergency practice scenarios.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions along with related documentation.
Provide monthly activity report to CAO and Group Manager Compliance.
