Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop HSE policies, procedures and programs that comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
Sets company wide annual HSE goals with the participation of the Corporate Safety Committee.
Develops appropriate KPIs to monitor company?s progress towards achieving the HSE goals.
?Establish company HSE training programs and provide the projects with guidelines on establishing training schedule/matrix.
??Reviews the monthly HSE Site Inspections reports and annual HSE Audits in order to closely monitor the proper implementation of HSE rules at all projects. ?
?Participates in forming Accident Investigation Committees to investigate all Major Incidents/ Accidents.?
??Reviews and updates of the Company?s HSE Management Systems.
Carries out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans in order to prevent reoccurrence of such accidents.?
Provides technical support to Senior Management on safety-related subjects.?
?Submits Annual/ Semi-annual HSE Report to DCEO.
?Meets with Site Safety Heads on quarterly basis to discuss site accidents, training needs etc...
Prepares all required HSE data and information which may be required to be submitted with tendering/ prequalification documents.
?Provide ongoing guidance and support to HSE team and evaluate their performance.
