Job Description

Involved in recruitment, advertising job openings, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations.Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of the job description of all positions
  • Supervision of the company organization structure
  • Supervision of the mid yearly/ yearly performance appraisal
  • Supervision recruitment process and coordinate with different recruitment sources
  • He/she needs to understand the organizations needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.
