Accomplished in a variety of human resources functional areas which may include compensation, benefit administration, employment, recreation, professional development and training, administers and oversees mobilizations/demobilizations, onboarding, transfers etc.
Administers all applicable personnel policies and procedures affecting exempt, non-exempt, and craft employees. Must be knowledgeable of human resources policies and procedures

Employee Relations/ Personnel Management

Maintain HR files with all relevant document and employee information electronically and in hard copies.
Responsible to organize HR events like ?Birthday?s, fun hours, farewell etc?
Advice employees on company?s Policies and procedures and Kuwait labor law.
Respond to employees queries on leaves, resignations, end of services etc?
Coordinating, negotiating and renewing Medical and life insurance in compliance to Kuwait Labor Law.
