Responsible for booking the air tickets of the employees as per the company policy and maintain record and follow up for the payment.
To follow up the In-process & Out-process formalities and ensure that all the required documents are maintained in the personnel file.
Responsible for raising the Purchase Request on Oracle system and follow up till its closure with procurement department
