Job Description

The Housekeeping position in Al Kuwait, Kuwait, is a vital role within the hospitality and accommodation sector. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and providing a welcoming environment for guests. Housekeepers play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas of the establishment are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to the overall guest experience.Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
  2. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
  3. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
  4. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  5. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  6. Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and uniforms.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members.
  8. Participate in training sessions to improve cleaning techniques and service quality.
  9. Ensure compliance with the hotels policies and procedures.
  10. Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
  2. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  3. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  6. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items.
  7. Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
  8. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
  9. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques.
