They are specialized in providing individualized medical, nursing, rehabilitation, and support services when and where needed for patients recovering from surgery, illness or managing a chronic disease in the comfort of their home.what we offerFirst of all you will earn a tax free all-inclusive salary! You will have a direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years. A healthcare insurance or healthcare treatment is part of that employment. Your Malpractice Insuranceis also covered by the company.Your work is either 20 or 22 shifts a month, with overpay time calculated on the gross salary. Free transportation between accommodation and clients. And lastly, End of Service benefits and annual leave as per UAE Labor Law.who you areYou are a Registered Nurse with a license or eligibility to get a license in UAE, with at least 2 years of experience after graduating.description

  • Assesses the patient?s condition and family to determine home care needs and identify a complete physical assessment and history of current and previous illness;
  • Develops a care plan, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Includes the patient and the family in the planning process;
  • Communicates with the physician regarding the patient?s needs and reports any changes in the patient?s condition; obtains/receives physician?s orders as required;
  • Monitors the patient?s progress toward goals; collaborates with the multi ? disciplinary team to prompt patient safety and compliance to the Plan of Care;
  • Initiates appropriate preventive and clinical nursing procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician;
  • Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs;
  • Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient;
  • Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize workload independently;
  • To work with members of the multi-disciplinary team, to ensure optimal outcomes for the patient;
  • Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations;
  • Adheres to dress code; appearance is professional, neat and clean;
  • Maintains patient confidentiality at all times;
  • Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time;
  • Responsible to maintain up to date clinical knowledge and self-directed ongoing education;
  • Complies with all organizational policies;
