Job Description

  • Receive calls at Help Desk from tenants, customers and employees for mall related requests and take the required actions to resolve them.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Call for immediate help from ambulance, fire fighters, police, maintenance etc. in emergency cases.
  • Follow up with concerned departments to receive advertisement, upload it to the system and monitor it.
  • Monitor footfall system and report accordingly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance team for electricity charge system.
  • Follow the work permit and helpdesk tickets with concerned department.
  • Ensuring the surveillance monitors are observed at all times.
