Job Description

Head WaiterJob Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of wait staff in a restaurant or dining establishment
  • Ensure smooth operation of the dining area, including seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
  • Train new wait staff on service standards, menu items, and POS systems
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Monitor dining room cleanliness and ensure a sanitary environment
Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a waiter or waitress
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
