Job Description

  • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
  • Monitor the presentation of multiple bakery items including pastries, and look after the dressing, topping and arrangement to attract customers.
  • Guide junior pastry chefs in executing their daily tasks like baking dishes, determining ingredients and understanding customer needs.
  • Communicating and motivating fellow colleagues to work diligently and prepare excellent dishes.
