Direct, optimize and coordinate the full life cycle of an order
Identify and troubleshoot any issues in the dispatching process or delivery system
Analyze and monitor the performance of both drivers and restaurants to ensure compliance
Set improvement action plans for drivers who need to improve
Manage the delivery supervisors to ensure the completion of their day-to-day tasks
Identify, propose improvements of procedures and reports to support the ongoing development of logistics
Work closely with the drivers to enhance their performance through weekly audits, coaching, mentoring, and leading
Report to third-party suppliers any issues or challenges arising from the drivers they provide and try to develop workable solutions to overcome them.
Participate in driver recruitment and follow up on their onboarding and training
Manage shift schedules and on-duty drivers to ensure pickup and delivery operations run smoothly
Work with other team members to manage the inventory of uniforms and equipment
