As head of the Logistics Department for the Equipment Services Division, the primary goal is the streamlining of all planning and administrative processes keeping in mind that the Logistics Department is the central hub of information for the division. Logistics for ESD is responsible for the H.R., Accounting, Procurement, F/O & W Coordination, and Planning teams. The Head of Logistics is responsible for leading the aforementioned teams towards the achievement of divisional and corporate mission objectives under the instruction of the Division Manager while constantly looking to improve and streamline processes in accordance with the best international business standards.
