Report To: CROÿJob Objective: Develop, lead and executeÿtechnology risks plans ; provide guidance on assessment and/or evaluation of IT systems and processes, mitigation of IT related business risks including implementation of strong controls.ÿKey ResponsibilitiesúÿÿÿÿÿRisk Management: Develops and implements practices, policies and procedures for the identification, analysis and management of information technology risk.úÿÿÿÿÿBudget: Budget and maintain the cost of roll out of technology risk strategy.úÿÿÿÿÿIT Risk control: Maintenance of Risk Register and update of IT Risk Issues with action plansúÿÿÿÿÿRisk Analysis: Recommend and track performance of key technology and information security risk indicators and track progress on remediation activitiesúÿÿÿÿÿReports: Preparation of IT Risk Reports for management and key stakeholdersúÿÿÿÿÿIT Systems Assessments: Evaluate suitability of IT risk and security tools in relation to the implementation IT risk requirements and recommendationsúÿÿÿÿÿÿSystem Execution: Pre-implementation Risk Assessment of IT Systems.úÿÿÿÿÿPeople management Manage, motivate & develop employees and the team in line with banks people policies & practices.úÿÿÿÿÿCorporate governance and complianceÿWork fully within risk policies and procedures and all compliance regulationsÿ
