Job Description

Salary - KWD 500 to 650 + accommodation + transport + duty meals + insurance We are seeking a Head Hostess to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait for a Fine Dining Restaurant. As a Head Hostess, you will be responsible for overseeing the host/hostess team and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
  2. Manage the seating process and ensure efficient table turnover
  3. Supervise and train host/hostess team members
  4. Resolve any guest complaints or issues
  5. Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a host/hostess
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  3. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
