University Degree in Computer / Electronics Engineering / Science / Information Technology.
CCNP ? Cisco certified (Routing & Switching).
Good knowledge of networking and internetworking technologies such as ATM, Gigabit Ethernet, Intranets, routing protocols, VLANs, IP Telephony and different communications solutions.
Good knowledge on Cisco security devices & technologies such as Identity Management, End-point security, firewalls.
Good knowledge of networking on cloud infrastructure.
Good understanding of DR processes & procedures.
Awareness of future network technologies such as SDN, SD-WAN and Cloud services such as Azure & Oracle Cloud.
Minimum 4 years experience in solving LAN/WAN incidents.
Shall be dynamic and update his knowledge of server, hardware/software continuously through further reading and courses organized by contractor.
