Job Description

The gym manager works with formulating strategy to operate the gym as well as find new strategic partners for the sponsorship. The main goal is to constantly improve the performance of the company, supervising the team members (receptionist and coaches), finding ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

  • Make sure group class are filled up
  • Make sure coaches are working as mentioned on their contract
  • Make sure client respect the policy of the company without compromising their best experience
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Ensure the booking system is up-to-date
  • Ensure social media reflect appropriately the services offered by the company
  • Define extra activities to be defined with the head coach
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Create monthly report on the performance of group training and personal training
  • Create report of the athlete attendance
Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Overview the work of the receptionist, replying all possible concern they may have
  • Supervise coaches with the help of the head coach
  • Recruit coaches with the help of the head coach
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
