Job Description

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operations, sales, establishment, pricing, and overall success of our sweet brand. You will need to bring proven experience in managing and directing operations in the confectionery industry, along with the ability to create a vision for the brands growth and execute it successfully.Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your prior experience to oversee and improve the operations of our sweet brand, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and profitability, constantly looking for opportunities to expand and innovate.
  • Establish and adjust pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profits.
  • Bring your knowledge and insights from previous roles within the sweet brand industry to make data-driven decisions and achieve goals.
  • Develop, train, and manage a talented team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and promote our products.
  • Drive expansion efforts, including new store openings and partnerships, to increase our brands footprint in the market.
