Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager to lead Al Mulla Group?s electronics company, AMX. The General Managers mandate involves meeting and exceeding objectives in sales and after-sales, driving profit, improving client engagement and satisfaction, and optimizing market penetration with efficient resource use in Kuwaits B2B and B2C sectors.?Focus on delivering exceptional solutions, growing the market footprint, increasing client satisfaction, and enhancing profitability.?Deliver the OEM?s comprehensive specialized product solutions, such as Commercial Air Conditioning and Information Display, suitable for diverse projects for clients in various sectors.?Develop and implement AMX strategic plans that align with the overall Al Mulla Group objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in various markets.?Lead and mentor a team of professionals. Provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure the teams success and professional development.?Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. Understand their requirements and work together to provide solutions that satisfy or surpass those expectations.?Manage business unit budgets, expenses, and economic performance to maximize profitability and return on investment. Identify operational excellence opportunities and implement adequate financial controls.?Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and updates, particularly in the retail domain. Leverage insights from market analysis to guide strategic decisions and pinpoint fresh prospects for the business.?Ensure compliance with all Al Mulla Group rules and policies and relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing the respective businesses.
