General Maintenance Supervisor

  • Supervising a team of maintenance technicians and overseeing their work assignments and schedules.
  • Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and identify potential issues.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and generating reports as needed.
  • Ordering necessary parts and equipment and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Providing training and mentoring to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
