Job Description

The General Foreman Electro is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects in the engineering consultancy and technical maintenance sectors. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical systems and project management. The General Foreman will ensure that all electrical work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage electrical installation projects from inception to completion.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
  3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
  6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  7. Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment used on site.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role in electrical projects.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
