Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Accountant with 2-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in Excel. SAP experience is considered a significant advantage. The General Accountant will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and data analysis. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
