Responsibilities:? Operate and monitor refrigeration systems and related equipment, adjust controls to maintain specifiedtemperature settings.? Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment, Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, makingnecessary repairs.? Record and log operating data, such as temperatures and pressures, in addition, schedule and oversee majormaintenance and repairs.? Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conduct regular inspections and safety checks.? Implement and adhere to plant safety procedures and protocols.? Ensure that products are stored at appropriate temperatures to maintain quality.? Inspect and monitor product conditions, Report any deviations from quality standards to management.? Work closely with other plant operators and maintenance team, provide training and guidance to junior staff.? Coordinate with management on operational issues and improvements.? Other duties as assigned.
