Install new kitchen and refrigeration equipment and systems when requiredPerforms service and mechanical repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment and appliancesperform all repairs, maintenance replacement of parts for preventive maintenance schedule and accurately record all pertinent dataMaintains, service and repair of refrigeration units, walk-in refrigerators and freezers; Dishwashers and preferably coffee machinesEnsure that equipment is in safe operating conditionObserves safety rules, and ensures and maintains a safe and clean environmentReceive and complete work orders in soft and hard copy as requiredInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are cleanDetect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection proceduresContributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as requiredRespond to emergency calls as neededPerforms other duties as assignedKnowledge of commercial kitchen equipment repairs, maintenance, & installation techniques?Knowledge in the operation of electrical and program control systems?Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material?Ability to diagnose and resolve problems?Understand Service operations safety in a Food Preparation and Delivery environment (CPF).
