Job Description

The Fitness Instructor role at our prestigious hotel in Al Kuwait, Kuwait, is designed for passionate individuals who are dedicated to promoting health and wellness among our guests.   1. Conduct personalized fitness assessments for guests to understand their individual needs and goals.
  2. Design and implement tailored workout programs that cater to various fitness levels.
  3. Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.
  4. Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
  5. Monitor guests progress and adjust fitness plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area and equipment.
  7. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide the best service.
  8. Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote wellness initiatives.
  9. Assist in organizing fitness-related events and workshops for guests.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests.
  2. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals.
  3. Proven experience in a fitness instructor role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  4. Certification in fitness training or related field.
  5. Knowledge of nutrition and wellness practices.
  6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
  10. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
