ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCreates a Finance Team organizational chart based upon strategic forecasted department needsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelops and evaluates individual and team KPIs and performance on a periodic basis.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop the blueprint and install and implement a new Enterprise ERP system.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare annual company forecast and budgetúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLeads the development of monthly financial reports, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, regarding accounts and budgets in order to determine forecasts, trends, and results analysis and aid business planning and relevant management decisions.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿWorks with management to analyze cost and revenues, including advice about financial implications on particular undertakings or CAPEX projectsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvides analysis and reports of the company?s financial position in order to provide insights into business performance.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLeads and carries out cost analysis and cost reduction projects, variance analysis, as well as medium and long-term strategic planning.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿImproving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unitúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEstablishes controls for financial systems and contributes to the development of procedures to improve existing systems.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepares financial reports, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flows statements and such other financial analysis with breakdowns for each division of the companyúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepares statements and reports of estimated potential costs and revenuesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyze, prepare, and implement a strategic plan for comprehensive Debt Collection ImprovementúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms other duties as may be assigned.
