They provide world-class operations in seven diverse retail divisions, representing over 100 global brands in the surging Kuwaiti market.Role Description:The position exposes the jobholder to different parts of both the Finance function, as well as, the rest of the company, giving opportunities to develop a broad and deep skill set; job rotation and assignments could include logistics and internal controls, gaining comprehensive understanding of the various dimensions of P&Gs CBD business operations.Duties and Responsibilities:Leads investment decisions, including initiative assessment, category portfolio analysis, marketing spending analysis for our portfolio of brands.Leads cost and investment analysis, related to logistics, budget forecasting and working on material sourcing and cost optimization projects (manipulation projects), profit forecasting, trade budgeting channel.Leads financial and strategic planning for the company across all of our business operations.Participates in joint promotions planning with our trade customers to achieve win-win in-store success.Leads the company efforts on Statutory Compliance with the local law and with P&G.Designs new processes to ensure full financial control and understanding of internal procedures.Conducts competitive analysis to enable an objective and thorough investment decisionsHandles the control of budget spending(facts sheets), forecasting and competitive intelligence including financial analysis in CBD Sales, Finance, Plant Financial Management looking after and optimizing our manufacturing facilities.Aligns the department on the mechanism/processes both internally and externally in executing business proceduresPerforms other duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department.Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department.DELIVERABLES: Cost/Benefit and Investment Analysis of new brands; Financial Business Planning; Turnover and Profit Growth (2-3 yrs.)
