Under direct supervision, collect, assess, and maintain complete medical records according to established procedures.Electronically transcribe provider/clinical notes, perform quality data management & execute clinical.1 To verify the medical files on daily basis, Mapping the new and existing service withInternational standard coding system. Review of the performed and charged codes for inpatient.2 To conduct the ICD 10 CM / CPT and other coding system training for all Doctors.3 To perform quality review of performed Vs charged surgeries through medical records on a daily basis.Analysis of Admission sheet, Operation Notes, Anesthesia Record ,Discharge summary etc.4 To Map the existing surgery codes with CPT and modify the codes according to the International standards.5 To add the Anesthesia time and the Surgery time for the existing package codes based on Current Procedural Terminology.6 To create New codes and helps to assign the price for the procedure.7 To evaluate the Status of ICD 10 - CMthrough the SAP and assisting the doctors to solve the difficulties while selecting the codes.8 To prepare, submit & maintain daily, monthly, reportsof all the assigned task9 Follow the established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, for the continuous quality of work.10 Maintains departmental records and files, and takes care of departmental equipment.11 Participates in departmental meetings, training and educational program12 Performing the duty as per the assigned weekly, fortnightly and monthly scheduled, shifts and timings by the supervisors or department.13 Ensure the timely communication for all operational communication to internal section, staff and to the insurance company as per assigned schedule and target dates.14To participate the planning, organizing and development for the achievement of thedepartmental goals.
