Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the hotel and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The potential candidate will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accounting standards and regulations compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts, including monitoring expenses and revenue, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Manage cash flow and banking activities, including reconciling accounts, processing payments, and managing credit facilities.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with audit recommendations.
  • Manage and develop the finance team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management and other department heads to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance to the management and corporate finance team.
