reputed Investment Holding Group in Kuwait is looking for local hiring of Finance Manager position:Responsibilities:Lead the development of the Financial Forecast, Budget and Forward Year Plan forecasting activities
Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year end closing and financial information reporting
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company?s status and financial forecasts.
Provide financial analysis on both income statement and balance sheet accounts as needed
Identify and implement cost improvement and cost efficiency actions
Preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Works with other departments to ensure accurate and timely inputs to the financial forecast
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the ERP platforms and processes, financial reporting and general ledger structure
