Maintaining the filling line operation for his shift. Reports any malfunction or break down to blending operator/ blending department;
Ensures that all the filling activities are performed as per the filling schedule provided by Blending Operator;
Ensures that all the packing material being used is correct and in good condition;
Organizes the manpower required for each portion on the filling line;
Maintaining the weight register and reports tank readings;
Ensures good housekeeping of the shop floor.
Stops the operation of the line if unsafe condition arises.
Knows and operates the firefighting system.
Cooperates and provides accurate and any unsafe information concerning incidents.?
